Quick Launch - Overview

The Quick Launch window is 1 of the 2 main screens. This screen will come up every time Easy View is started. It is the starting point for manually running all of your Crystal Reports.

The first step to running a report is to select the mode you want to run the report in and set the required options. Click on the links below for more details about each mode and its options.

Reports can be run in any one of 3 modes:

1. Preview
2. Quick Print
3. Export

The next step and final step is to select the report that you want to run. There are 2 ways to select the report.

1. Browse
   To browse for a report click on the 'Open Report File' button at the the top left of the screen. A window will come up that lets you browse your computer or network for the report file you want.
2. Recent Reports
   To run a report from the 'Recent Reports' list you can click on the report you want to run and then click the 'Run Selected Report' button to launch the report. To save time you can simply double click the report you want in the list.

Running reports manually is just that simple.
